ATA welcomes the opportunity to offer comment on the Northern Territory Government’s Discussion Paper on NT Climate Change Issues (the Discussion Paper). The ATA welcomes the initiative of the Government in developing a comprehensive policy on climate change, and congratulates it on undertaking this review of the impact of activities in the Territory ion the country’s greenhouse gas emissions.
