This has emerged as a hot topic, with major legislation headed for the battleground of parliament.
The main speaker for the evening was:
Damien Moyse from the ATA central office. Damien is deeply involved with the negotiations going on with State and Federal governments, about revisions to the greenhouse-related legislation.
Jim Lambert presented an introduction that gives the background about how the RECs and greenpower schemes work.
