Program

This meeting is the Designers’ Forum in which our panel of house designers and energy ratings auditors – Jack Metcalf, Ian Dolman, Andrew Tidswell and Allan Johanson – will discuss the practicalities of eco house design and the wider issues of sustainable living and answer questions from the floor. This is a follow-on from Sustainable House Day and will give an opportunity to explore sustainablility concepts in more detail than is possible during house tours. The panel will also cover issues such as micro climate, garden intergration, material choices, embodied energy, life-cycle analysis, affordability, durability plus physical and environmental footprint.

You are welcome to publicise the forum to any interested parties and ask them to register via saevents@ata.org.au. A flyer for the forum is available here.
