Sydney Central: September 2008 Meeting
The next ATA Sydney Central meeting will include a talk by Manuel Cilia, consultant engineer EMF, who will speak on the topic of Tri- & Co-generation for Australia – the benefits and the challenges.
Manuel has 20 years experience designing energy systems in the renewable energy market, including tri and co-generations systems, solar thermal, solar photovoltaic and energy reduction systems for both off-grid and grid connect.
Manuel has a degree in Electrical engineering from UNSW although for the last two years has primarily been involved mainly in mechanical design. He has designed co-generation systems using Capstone gas turbines for food processing industry, diesel generator waste heat reuse for large homes and currently is working with a large natural gas fire generator with tri-generation in an office building in Brisbane.
