   I've got 30 or so RECs from a solar hot water system installed last year that I'd like to sell. I held off late last year because they dropped to $25 or something.

   There was talk as at 1st Jan there being a new system and that the floor for RECs would be $40. Has this eventuated?

   Any tips on selling my RECs?

   You can sell them through a number of third party companies, including some renewable equipment installers (just google 'selling recs') or through the ORER STC clearing house at http://www.orer.gov.au/clearinghouse/index.html

   Damn, it seems you can only trade in that market if your system was installed this year.

   "• RECs created from 2001 to end 2010 will be reclassified as large-scale generation certificates (LGCs)."

   Anyone know what LGCs are trading at?
