I've been ringing my PV supplier/installer here in Adelaide "Solar Winds Australia" on an almost weekly basis for the past month with no response on when installation will occur.
I've just about given up as I highly doubt they will arrange it within the next week and when the solar multiplier drops at the end of June what will happen?
What really bothers me is the lack of any response to any of my messages. It's very poor service and reflects a bad business setup. I put in my signed paperwork to proceed about 6 months ago thinking that would be plenty of time. Now I know it was not. Very disappointed with this company.
I understand the price difference on a 1.5kW system will jump by about $2000 and that is extra money I will not have for some time. And it looks like the Feed In Tariff will drop before I can get a system up and running as well.
So what are my options? Any suggestions for how to proceed appreciated.
