    Hello everyone,
To peter 69_56 - yeah mate, keep at them because they are not doing the right thing to their customers. Hopefully they will be able to sort out your bill real soon. All the best.

To Battie - do you have the 1.5 kWh? I remember you posting before that it is Northern orientation but not sure about the pitch. Do you have any shading from nearby trees? If answer is no, this time of the year you should get up to 10 maximum. I had recorded maximum of 10.9 a couple of times. Bear in mind too that in real hot weather, the system retard itself and will not produce as much, perhaps a max of 7+ (in our system anyway). You may want to investigate if all your panels are working properly. Just a thought.

    Hi all,

Valour - wow, I'm impressed.. I certainly don't think I'll be getting up on the roof to clean them panels I left it to nature (Adelaide has been having showers on and off) to clean them and it certainly seems to have worked..

Green Apples, thanks for all that info.. I'm not really sure about the pitch.. No shading from trees.. But the clean up seems to have helped a bit.. I did get upto 10KWh on a couple of days.. The production has gone down a bit now because of the weather.. Just hoping that the sun comes out again and I get a few more days of good production before winter sets in
