Same as other white LEDs. Somewhere between 3.3 and 3.7 volts, depending on how much current you push through it. It's in the manufacturer data sheet.

It could be from 3V to 5V, but the Luxeon K2 is typically 3.85V at 1.5A.The old 5 watt white Luxeon V LED is not a good device for new applications. Use the Luxeon K2, or Cree XR-E or equivalent, which are more efficient.

Actually, the 5 watt luxeon is 4 1 watters in a series/parallel arangement, so you have to double the voltage. They run somewhere between 6 and 7.5 volts or so...
