   These projects offer a fabulous way to employ young people and to give them a head start into future employment, and an opportunity to re-educate, re-skill and re-employ the under-employed and unemployed.

   There are a couple of very successful solar neighbourhoods in Melbourne which commenced in March 2009. One group is being commenced (September) in the outer eastern suburbs, spanning from Camberwell all the way to Warburton. Another covers other areas of Melbourne.
   Anyone can apply-including anyone who has applied for the $8000 goverment rebates plus anyone who missed out. Businesses and schools can also apply.
